各位老师，各位同学：
为了不断拓展信息类学科学生的全球视野，培养学生的跨文化交流、职业成长及参与全球治理的能力，在学校国际化处指导下，计算机学院拟成立全球IT胜任力发展中心并于4月5日举行启动仪式暨首届“智启丝路，码动长安”国际IT文化节。为促进西安地区各高校中外学生的广泛参与，本次活动联合中国计算机学会CCF西安共同举办。
一．全球IT胜任力中心拟通过“课程+实践”的模式，通过以下方式培养学生的全球视野，提升专业素养以及沟通与协作的能力。
1.开设全球胜任力跨文化专题、全球议题的通识课程；
2.邀请计算机领域国内外专家、互联网行业大咖、国际组织工作人员开设系列专题讲座，进一步聚焦国际学术前沿，在掌握扎实的专业基础知识的同时，全面发展综合技能；
3.设立并实施暑期国际夏令营，寒暑假国际组织实习项目，选派学生到国际组织实习、任职，提升学生在具体现实情境中解决问题的能力，提高面对多元文化的沟通能力、思考问题的全球视野。

二．“智启丝路 码动长安”国际IT文化节
Ⅱ International IT Culture Festival
本次文化节旨在促进不同文化的交流互鉴、增进人类命运共同体理念的文化共鸣，将中外学生文化交流展示，学术交流互鉴，企业前沿技术展示等元素融合。文化节将提供不同展位，现面向外校、企业和我校各学院学生、社团、班级征集展位活动内容及创意，相关事宜通知如下：
Promoting the exchange and mutual learning of different cultures and enhancing the cultural resonance of“a community with a shared destiny for mankind”is the quote that defines the Culture Festival. We incorporate the elements of culture and academic exchange between Chinese and foreign students and enterprise cutting-edge technology display into this activity. Numbers of exhibition booths will be provided. Now it is open to associations and classes of foreign universities, enterprises and colleges of our university to collect the ideas of activities. The relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. 文化交流展示
将面向不同国别、地区学生提供展台，可展示本土国家文化和风景、美食或民族服饰。主办方也将提供汉服、扎染、面塑等中华传统文化体验活动，促进中华文化传播。
a. Display of Cultural Exchange
Exhibition booths will be provided for students from different countries and regions to display local national culture and scenery, food or ethnic costumes. Besides, Experiencing Chinese traditional culture activities such as wearing hanfu, making tie-dyeing handcrafts and dough sculpture will be carried out to promote the spread of Chinese culture.
2. 学术交流互鉴展示
将面向不同研究方向的中外学生提供展台，学生可通过实验室系统平台展示、Poster展示等方式，展示当前学术成果、IT领域前沿知识，促进中外学生学术交流。
b. Display of Academic Exchange and Mutual Learning
Exhibition booths will be provided for Chinese and foreign students in different research directions. Students can represent current academic achievements and cutting-edge knowledge in IT field by laboratory system platform and Poster display and other methods for promoting academic exchanges between Chinese and foreign students.
3. 企业前沿技术展示
将面向不同企业提供展台，可展现当前企业顶尖研究成果，促进校企融合。
c.Display of Enterprise Cutting-edge Technology
Exhibition booths will be provided for different enterprises, which unfold the top research results of current enterprises to promote the integration of universities and enterprises.
每个展位将提供不同风格的印章，收集完整版印章册的同学可获得活动纪念品一份。
Stamps with diversified elements will be provided. Students who collect a complete version of the seal book can get a souvenir of the event.

If you already have mature and demonstrative contents featured by cultural exchanges and academic achievements, we will set up exclusive booths for you. We anticipate your participation to add more fun to our activities.
