Since the 12th five-year plan, School of Computer Science (SCS) has undertaken 3 973 projects, 14 national major special projects, 64 national natural science foundation projects, 6 key funds, 2 civil aircraft research projects and 46 military projects. The total funds received in the past five years exceeded 300 million. Besides, SCS won 16 provincial or ministerial awards including 9 first prizes; applied for 399 patents with 202 patents authorized, acquire 334 software Copyrights; and published 644 high level papers (including 77 papers in SCI Section II and above, 18 ESI highly cited papers, 48 CCF-recognized class A conference papers, and won the best paper award of CVPR/ICCV and other international conferences).
